Significance of Gujarat General Assembly Elections

Narendra Modi at Gujarat General Assembly Elections

Gujarat Ranked 7th area wise and hold 10th position with 6.03 crore population quaint a lot attention from all over India vis a vis other states, since 2001. Bygone, 2012 General assembly elections caught an eye of   political psephologist , analysts, and electoral experts, an eagerness to know how much votes will be clenched in favor of  BJP, Congress, GPP and other parties .Actually , conspicuous growth of Gujarat in past 11 years including urbanization  re-organization  under the bright shadow of CM  Narendra Modi's regiment fueling a huge mob to know much more behind stories. But denizens surviving and praising technological , agricultural , industrial development of Gujarat truly bonded by NAMO mantra. Is this was the center stage theory applied to win elections? , partly yes , as fascism impact fetched 115 seats for BJP.

Though, Keshubhai patel party GPP, sworn 2 seats in saurashtra , he raised the issue of drought in gujaratSpecter of crisis surmounting farmers inclusive growth. This keshubhai factor led BJP to suffer loss of 2 seats. Moreover, Modi's  ultra tech  3-D  video campaigning  was something an addition of innovation in the branch of  psephologist campaigning . He constantly  followed the policy of ' no appeasement , only development ' mantra , that leads to impress Muslims and gain their reassurance back after 2002 Gujarat riots.

This was the first time that Congress had not clutched Modi on a single issue of Gujarat riots but
instead they labelled his identity comparing  to not so populist approach and blamed by Sachin pilot
that  faulty policies led farmers to attempt suicide .Applauding MNREGA /NREGA etc. congress
secured 61 seats with  marginal improvement. However, skirmish inside BJP  popping unexpectedly , in-spite of  technical improvement on behalf of Modi going on .Few domains where Modi still needs specialization  that can be pointed out as-

1. POPULIST POLICY-
To sway rural part of India is not so easy as it looks , they got a powerful memory  that cannot be whitewashed with  gruesome amount of perks .To win- win  , dole schemes like MNREGA/NREGA / DCT/FSB , loan waivers that reaches  directly to dingy doors of poor , can be more beneficial than other things counterpart .

Gujarat fares worst in terms of hunger
2. MALNUTRITION -
Whether your motive is only mercenary or missionary ,  quite vague character bang opposition immensely to raise the issue of  malnutrition in Gujarat as the state  fares  worst in terms of hunger and malnutrition .Also, the performance of Gujarat on HDI  not at all satisfactory  in spite of its high economic growth model  cloak somewhere .Special measures can compensate these cacophonies creating false controversies.

3.DISTANCING WITH COMMUNAL BASED POLITICS-
In today's epoch , voters  artful attitude in using their VETO power in election cannot be under estimated. In that case , distancing with communal ignominy bear fruitful results. As developmental structural steps lead  around 71.32% Gujaratis to come out  and cast their valuable votes.
This election made people to understand the proper utilization of their voter id.

Consequently ,Gujarat general assembly elections gave panoramic status of incumbent Modi's probability to take a central  position at central podium.
